Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not create with RainDance AI, how every upload and video is moderated, what happens when the rules are broken, and how to report content.
RainDance AI turns two photos of real people into a short video. Because the people in those photos are real, this policy is strict. It applies to every upload and every generated video. It is part of our Terms of Service.
The one rule behind everything
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to be in your video. Before every generation you confirm: "I have the right to use these photos; no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content."
Prohibited content
You may not use RainDance AI to create, or attempt to create, any of the following.
1. Pornography and sexual content (NSFW)
No nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses or clothing, or sexualised depictions of any person.
2. Violence and gore
No depictions of violence, injury, weapons used against people, blood, gore or threats.
3. Hate speech and harassment
No content that attacks, demeans or threatens people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic, and no content made to bully, humiliate or harass anyone.
4. Child-unsafe content
No photos of anyone under 18, in any context. Any attempt to create sexual content involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC) and the account is closed permanently.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
No videos of people who have not agreed to be in them. No public figures, celebrities, politicians or influencers, even with a "parody" label. No content meant to deceive anyone into believing a real person said or did something, and no content used for fraud, scams, defamation or political messaging.
RainDance AI cannot be used to put anyone into other videos: you cannot upload a video, every video follows the same fixed scene, which we made with AI-generated characters, and there is no text prompt and no audio. Before every generation you confirm that the people in your photos are you or people who agreed to the video.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
No copyrighted characters, artwork, logos or brands you do not own, and no photos taken by someone else that you do not have the right to use. RainDance AI never provides the song "Raindance" or any original footage; do not upload them.
How moderation works
Every generation passes automated checks before and after rendering, and a person reviews anything flagged:
- Before generation - input. There is no free-text prompt: the scene, the shots and the instructions to the model are fixed by us, so users cannot steer the model with words. Every photo sent to the video model is checked by an AI image-moderation model for nudity, minors and other unsafe content.
- After generation, before you see it. The finished video is checked by an AI video-moderation model. A video that fails is held for review: it is not shown to you unless a person finds it was blocked by mistake.
- Distribution. Videos are private to your account. RainDance AI has no public gallery or feed and never publishes your videos; you decide where to post them.
When a check blocks a photo, no credits are charged. When the final check blocks a finished video, a person reviews it within 60 minutes and either delivers it (if it was blocked by mistake) or refunds the credits; if no one has reviewed it by then, the credits are refunded automatically. We keep a log of automated decisions and human reviews.
Enforcement
Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:
- block the generation and delete the content;
- remove videos from your library;
- suspend or permanently ban your account;
- forfeit remaining credits on accounts banned for serious or repeated violations (purchased credits on accounts banned for child-safety violations, fraud or deliberate deepfakes are not refunded);
- report illegal content to law enforcement.
Appeals
If you think a photo or video was blocked by mistake, email support@airaindance.com with the date and roughly what you uploaded. A person reviews every appeal, usually within 48 hours, and if the block was wrong we restore your credits.
Reporting content
If you see a video made with RainDance AI that breaks this policy or uses your image without permission, email support@airaindance.com with a link or description. This inbox is monitored by a person. We act on reports within 48 hours.
