Terms of Service

The rules for using RainDance AI - uploads, prohibited content, credits and accounts.

These terms govern your use of https://airaindance.com ("RainDance AI"). By using the site you agree to them. Contact: support@airaindance.com.

Who can use RainDance AI

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use RainDance AI.

What RainDance AI does

RainDance AI generates short AI videos from two photos you upload: an AI video model generates a new video of the people in your photos acting out the trend, following a shot-by-shot motion reference we made with AI-generated characters. It works only with that one scene: you cannot upload a video of your own, and there is no text prompt. Videos are rendered by the Wan 3.0 AI video model through our AI provider kie.ai; if kie.ai cannot render a clip, that clip is rendered through SeeAPI. RainDance AI is our own product and is not made or endorsed by kie.ai, SeeAPI or the makers of the AI models we use. It is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with Dave, Tems, TikTok, CapCut or any record label. RainDance AI does not provide the song "Raindance"; videos are delivered without sound.

Your uploads

Before every generation you must confirm: "I have the right to use these photos. No minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content." By confirming, you represent that:

  • You own the photos or have permission from every person shown in them.
  • No person shown is under 18.
  • No person shown is a public figure or celebrity.
  • The content is not sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful.

You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a limited license to process them only to generate your video, run content-safety checks and deliver the result.

Prohibited uses

The full list of prohibited content, how moderation works and how we enforce it is in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use RainDance AI to:

  • Create sexual or sexually suggestive content of any person.
  • Impersonate, defame, harass or mislead about a real person.
  • Depict minors in any way.
  • Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Attempt to bypass free-video limits, credit limits or content-safety checks, including by creating multiple accounts.

We may block a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people in your photos, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on TikTok, Reels and other platforms. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; review every video before you post it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Credits and payments

  • New accounts receive 10 free credits (2-second preview video) once per person.
  • Credits are bought in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions.
  • Credits from packs do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically.
  • Refunds for purchases follow the Refund Policy.

If you believe content generated with RainDance AI infringes your rights, email support@airaindance.com with the details. We review and act on complaints within 48 hours.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Disclaimer and liability

RainDance AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
