FAQ
RainDance AI pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new account gets one free 2-second preview, with no card needed. Each person can claim the free preview once.
What's the difference between Standard and HD?
It is the same video with the same shots and timing. Standard is 480p and costs 50 credits; HD is 720p, sharper on big screens, and costs 100 credits. On a phone Standard looks fine - pick HD for the crispest post.
Can I use the same credits for Standard and HD?
Yes. Credits work for either quality, so the $9.99 pack makes one HD video or two Standard videos.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from RainDance AI credit packs never expire and stay on your account until you use them.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every RainDance AI credit pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
What if a generation fails?
Failed generations are refunded automatically. Unused credit packs have a 7-day refund window - see the refund policy.
Do videos have a watermark?
No. Downloads are the full MP4 with no RainDance AI watermark, on free and paid videos alike.
Do I add the RainDance sound myself?
Yes. RainDance AI never includes the song "Raindance" by Dave and Tems. Attach the trending sound inside TikTok or Reels when you post - that keeps your video within music licensing and connects it to the trend.
