RainDance AI ("we", "us") operates https://airaindance.com, a tool that turns two photos into a short RainDance video. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: support@airaindance.com.

What we collect

Account data: your email address when you sign in with an email code, or your name, email address and profile picture from Google when you sign in with Google.
Waitlist email: if you joined our early-access waitlist before launch, the email address you entered.
Uploads: the two photos you upload and, when a clip is rendered by our backup provider, an image we make that places them side by side for the video model.
Generated videos: the videos rendered for you, plus task details such as type (preview or full video) and status.
Credits and purchases: your credit balance, credit history and a record of each purchase (amount, pack, date). Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
Abuse prevention: IP address and a device identifier, used to stop one person from claiming the free video many times and to rate-limit requests.
Usage analytics: aggregated page views and feature use, without your photos, prompts or email.

How we use it

To generate, store and deliver your videos.
To run credits, purchases, refunds and support.
To enforce our content rules: no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content. Uploads and generated videos are checked by an automated content-safety system.
To send service emails you asked for, such as "your video is ready" or "payments are open". We also send account holders occasional emails about product updates and offers; every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Who processes your data

AI generation and moderation providers: your photos are sent to our AI video providers (kie.ai, SeeAPI) to render your video and to run content-safety checks.
Hosting and storage: Cloudflare hosts the site, database and file storage.
Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits (page, referring site, country, device type) to show us how people find the site. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Payments: Waffo (Waffo Pancake), our merchant of record, processes purchases and stores payment details.
Sign-in: Google, when you choose Sign in with Google. Sign-in codes are emailed through our email providers (Resend, with Cloudflare Email Service as a backup); product update emails go through Resend.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
Generated videos stay in your library until you delete them or delete your account.
A video blocked by our safety check is held: a person reviews it within 60 minutes and either delivers it or refunds the credits. The blocked video is then kept for up to 90 days as a record of that decision, then deleted.
Moderation decisions (pass or block, labels, date) are kept for up to 2 years as a safety and compliance record.
Abuse-prevention records (IP address range and device identifier used to claim the free preview) are kept for up to 90 days.
Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Waitlist emails are kept until the notification is sent or you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Delete any generated video from your library at any time.
Delete your account yourself in Settings → Security: your photos, videos and account data are deleted at once. You can also email support@airaindance.com and we complete deletion within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies, such as the sign-in session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies, and our visit statistics use no cookies.

Children

RainDance AI is not intended for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
