Refund Policy
Failed videos are refunded automatically, and unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days.
Short version: failed generations are refunded automatically, and an unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
Failed generations
If a video fails to generate or times out, the credits charged for it go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us. If our content-safety check blocks a finished video, a person reviews it within 60 minutes: a video blocked by mistake is delivered to you, otherwise the credits go back to your balance (automatically, if the review has not happened by then).
Unused credit packs
If you bought a credit pack in the last 7 days and have not used any of its credits, email support@airaindance.com from your account email and we will refund the full purchase price.
Partly used credit packs
Credit packs that have been partly used are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been paid to our AI provider. Your remaining credits never expire.
Free credits
Free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they appear within 5-10 business days.
